At A Phiner Bistro you will not find prepackaged food that is ordered from vendors. All of our meals are made to order, with the freshest hand picked organic ingredients. Here is what we do not use in our cooking : Powdered garlic, breading, canned or frozen vegetables, deep frying, additives, coloring, tenderizer, high fat, MSG, soft drinks (sodas), butter, heavy cream, and sugar.
