A Few words from Phiner:

My life as a fine foodist. I absolutely LOVE to cook fine food, and I love to eat. Fine food is the equalizer of our human race. No matter how rich or poor, it is a central method of communique. Please, join me on my quest to enjoy life, culture and the art of humanity via my stomach.

I execute my craft with great love and hospitality and this is something very special. It is a rare find, and priceless to experience! Food is very spiritual to me, hence I know the importance of excellent health. And that's what I set out to do- help others find health, through quality, fresh, nutritious foods. We are what we eat. It is my life's work.

I was born in Nigeria, to the most classy parents, ever! My siblings and I are privileged to have them as our parents. My parents were the most disciplinarians folks that my siblings and I know of. I'm the oldest of seven children and to be the oldest means you have to be the best by setting a good example to your younger siblings. My parents were one of the most industrious people that I know. I learned my hard work principles from my parents. My father was an architectural engineer while my mother owned a supermarket, which sold nothing but the best quality produce ever. My love of cooking began at the tender age of seven by helping Mary, our chef who was one of the best cooks ever!

My mother made sure that my school work was completed before I could cook for the family on Mary's off days. In our family's household, my parents made sure the following exists: love, kindness, compassion, weekly mass attendance (we are devout catholic and nothing comes before God in our household), morning and night prayer, admiration for others, respect for self and others, good food, very clean house, gratitude, work ethics, morals, values , pure mind and Faith in God. We did not make time to speak ill of others or lies about others as my grandmother says that causes Alzheimer's disease. My parents chose our friends at early age, making sure they came from a good home like ours. No party-going was allowed without my parents coming along with me! My siblings and I went to all girls and boys catholic schools.

Some of the community services I support include: March of Dimes, an organization to improve the Health of babies, the Cleveland Ballet, the opening of the Allen Theatre, the Alzheimer's association, Harvest for Hunger, these were few of the charities I was involved with and loved every bit of it. I cook quite a bit of meals- enough servings for at least 300 people free of charge for the annual events and love every bit of it.

I will forever be grateful to God for my parents, for this world, for the spirit of giving and sharing. There's no greater joy in life than doing good to help others. I believe this is why no one in my family ever gets sick! My parents believe that the only way to be healthy is to have a package of eating good food, exercise, living a clean lifestyle, doing good to others so that the good Lord will always direct our path of Life.
My siblings and I can't thank God enough everyday for our parent's upbringing.

If you or someone you know is involved with a charity, come in and talk to me! I love to sponsor/support local charities who are in need of assistance. I am especially interested in helping the homeless of downtown Cleveland. I would love the support of others in this journey.
